I am a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in Tennessee and California. I graduated from California School of Professional Psychology, Alliant University. My early training focused on both therapy and assessment, with adolescents and young adults, in both inpatient and outpatient treatment centers.

 

I have worked in schools, community mental health centers, and in private practice. I worked extensively with suicidal youth and their families during this time. I completed my internship at Morrison Child and Family Services in Portland Oregon. My postdoctoral training was done in a private practice in Newport Beach working with many different populations.

 

Since then I have undergone additional training in the evidence based treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and a large portion of my practice is focused on treating anxiety and OCD in all ages.  I utilize an integrated approach to treatment including behavioral techniques, mindfulness-based techniques, and exposure and response prevention and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
